In order to streamline the production of our Artisan foods for the retail maket and better balance our workload due to the demands of our cooking classes, we said "Good Bye" to another Fuel for the Soul product line. Back in March 2015, we ceased baking our Gluten Free classic Italian Biscotti for the retail market.
